The service processes your authenticated account identifier, paired device identifier, device name, connection timestamps, and the note requests and responses needed to complete actions you request.
Your Obsidian vault remains on your computer. The hosted relay does not store note contents in its database. Requested note content and proposed changes pass through the relay in memory while a request is completed.
Device secrets are stored only as cryptographic hashes by the hosted service. OAuth authentication is provided by the configured identity provider. Do not share pairing codes or device credentials.
Pairing codes expire after ten minutes. Device records remain until the device or account is removed. Infrastructure security logs can be retained by hosting and identity providers according to their policies.
Data is processed by the infrastructure and identity providers required to operate the service. It is not sold.
You control approved vault folders and the automation policy in Obsidian. Disable the relay at any time to stop remote access. Contact support to request account or device-record deletion.
